The Switchvox SMB AA60 Appliance is ideal for small offices that don't have a computer rack and need the space-savings of an appliance platform. The Switchvox SMB AA60 supports 1 to 30 users and up to 12 concurrent calls. The subscription options available include silver, gold, and platinum. This option includes the 10 user silver subscription. The SMB has optional warm spare failover.
