International Orders

Telephony Depot specializes in the global delivery of VoIP technology. We are experienced with the import rules and regulations of foreign countries and U.S. Government export regulations and expect that our international shipments clear customs and get to you in a timely fashion. Additionally, we will ship to all APO and FPO addresses. Please see our Government/Educational section for more information on such orders. You may place an international order online by selecting credit card, PayPal or wire transfer as your payment method during check out or by phone. Please note that it is our company policy NOT to ship to unconfirmed PayPal addresses. At this time only addresses in the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada can be verified by PayPal. International credit cards are accepted but may require additional means of verification. If this is the case you will be contacted by one of our customer services representatives by phone or email in order to do so. Wire transfer payments are accepted for orders shipping to all locations. If you select Wire Transfer as your payment option you will receive an email within 24 hours with our banking details. Telephony Depot will not be responsible for any import duty, import tax, customs fees or any other expenses levied upon delivery of any equipment shipped by Telephony Depot to any country other then the United States of America. Such fees are the sole responsibility of the receiver to satisfy any cost associated with said shipment.
